NEMA Management was engaged by the staff and board of the Center for Craft to represent them in an ambitious repurposing of an amazing historic building. NEMA was able to advise on and help re-structuring the project approach, align the design to the budget and achieve a program that met the transforming needs of the Center. The project included the renovation and re-purposing of an approximately 23,000SF, 3 story building in the heart of downtown Asheville. NEMA was also able to assist with soliciting and procuring bank financing.
