davis park east – durham, NC

The project consists of the construction of seven Apartment Buildings containing 400 residential units, along with amenities areas (Type V Construction). It will also have three commercial buildings totaling 25,000sf intended for retail and restaurant, to be built out as a dark shell. The project is located in Durham, NC, in the Research Triangle Park. The scope includes new construction in what is primarly a greenfield site. Lee Properties Group has engaged NEMA Management as an Owner’s Representative. We anticipate pre-construction to begin in mid-late May 2018, with construction activities beginning in late October 2018 date.
