Adding NEMA Management to the Museum expansion team is one of the best decisions I’ve made for process, value, and communication. NEMA’s approach has been calm and professional with direct leadership of designer-contractor conversations in order to bring the project to budget all while protecting the museum’s program.
- Daniel P Gottlieb, North Carolina Museum of Art
NEMA was the owner’s representative and construction manager for this extensive expansion of the park and parking for the North Carolina Museum of Art’s presence on Blue Ridge Road. This project included removal of fuel oil tanks and associated environmental clean up, demolition, heavy grading, utilities, expanded parking, intense landscaping, observation area, greenway trails, and innovative BMP systems.
