NEMA Management was selected by RTI International to assist from the conception of the project through completion. The new headquarters building, as situated in the heart of an existing 2,000 employee campus, will have a transformative impact as it opens on their 60th anniversary. The headquarters project consists of 190,000SF, 6-story, steel framed building with separate, 650 car pre-cast parking deck. Spaces include, lobby, full commercial kitchen & dining facility, flex 300 seat auditorium, extensive collaboration spaces, executive level offices, open and closed offices, board room, monumental stairs, coffee shop, company store, interactive heritage display, curtain wall exterior, green roof/terraces and extensive outdoor landscaping/hardscaping. The building expects to achieve LEED certification and Energy Star.
