Based on previous experience on several projects in the Triangle, Woodfield Development reached out to NEMA Management to work along side them as they began development of the latest project, The Park located in Chapel Hill, NC. NEMA Management will assist with permitting and construction management. The project will consist of one 5-story deck wrapped building with 310 Units, four 3-story open air breezeway apartment buildings with 102 units, and 2 carriage buildings across approximately 10 acres site. Development includes a 12,000 SF Clubhouse, a main resort style pool, amenity courtyards, trash compactor building, a dog run, and a secondary pool/amenity space for the garden apartments.

NEMA Management worked with the Town of Chapel Hill on coordination of Elliot Road expansion through the middle of The Park project.  We worked with the Town of Chapel Hill, OWASA, Kimley Horn engineering, The Park General Contractor along with the Town’s site developer on coordination between projects and adjacent NCDOT roads. NEMA Management coordinated power pole relocation and the relocation of telecommunication lines from the existing poles onto the new poles along Ephesus Church road.
