NEMA provided coordination between the landlord and tenant for this 2,650 SF up-fit of a second generation retail space into a new prototype Walgreen's pharmacy. Prior to up-fit and during demolition, NEMA coordinated, contracted, and managed a fireproofing contractor in the application of fireproofing to the steel framed structure.
